5. Termination and Suspension

Spell of Gold reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service without notice if you breach these Terms, including the rules regarding Virtual Goods and Prohibited Conduct. Upon termination, your license to use the Service and all Virtual Goods associated with your account will immediately terminate and be forfeited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Spell of Gold does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nova Scotia, Canada, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or the Service.
